White Label Project Manager

Accentian Inc, is a licensed cannabis manufacturing and processing facility dedicated to the production of award winning cannabis brands. We are a client-focused company specializing in wholesale, white label, and private label that provides services, including extraction, processing, formulation, contract manufacturing, and packaging.

Responsibilities:

White Label Project Manager is a multi-faceted position within the Company that coordinates across different functional departments to ensure the effective completion of various manufacturing projects for different clients of Accentian. You will be working closely with the Sales and Account Management team to over communicate to clients when their project will be completed. The Project Manager’s Key Performance Indicators (KPI) is to ensure projects meet the aggressive deadlines and to ensure all department are aware of their deliverables to meet the goals of each project. Your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Manage multiple projects across different functional departments to ensure the effective completion of various cannabis manufacturing projects for different clients of Accentian, Inc.

  • Act as Lead Coordinator for assigned projects in the manufacturing of Brand Clients’ products.

  • Work closely with the Sales and Account Management Team to ensure client success.

  • Make day-to-day decisions with minimal supervision for successful project management aligned with Company objectives and directives on assigned projects.

  • Consult with executive team on all major project decisions, changes in project direction and outcomes.

  • Keep the information flowing seamlessly between Clients and the Company, as well as between the Departments and the Clients.

  • Maintain technical know-how and first-hand knowledge of the tasks assigned to others to keep the project moving forward.

  • Actively monitor project and work order status of parallel projects and data in-house software platform is accurate.

  • Use of software platform to generate bill of materials, work orders, or other electronic documents necessary for project completion and compliance.

  • Actively monitor project components to ensure project and production continuity.

  • Actively communicate to the Clients of any production changes, delays, or advancements.

  • Support the functional technical managers and their teams (biomass, extraction, secondary processing, formulation, fulfillment) in meeting project timelines and goals.

  • Work closely with our General Counsel to ensures compliance of all products.

  • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and outcomes.

  • Coordinate with department leaders to schedule project stages and delivery expected lead times to clients.

  • Plan for and resolve unexpected delays, production issues or schedule recovery options.

  • Effectively use project management/milestone planning techniques (including software) to drive multiple projects to completion.

  • Prepare project reports and presents them via oral, written and/or electronic means.

  • Travel when necessary to meet with client or project teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business field with at least 3 - 5 years of experience in project management, technical project management, and or other similar functional role in manufacturing, processing, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or cannabis industries.

  • Must have leadership experience.

  • Must be highly organized.

  • Is an exceptional and proactive communicator with both oral and written communication skills.

  • Has exceptional interpersonal relationship skills to work with a diverse set of clients and Company management roles.

  • Has experience working with technical experts, especially in the completion of a project.

  • Some working knowledge and experience with cannabis processing and product manufacturing is required.

Marketing Associate

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

The Marketing associate would work directly with the President to execute his vision for the companies identity or image. They will execute this vision through a variety of promotional mediums and provide analytics and results.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Social media marketing - creating, managing and growing Gold Drop
    presence through the blog, Instagram, SnapChat, and other strategically relevant online properties.

  • Branding - helping to concept collateral materials for our customers and partners

  • Guerilla marketing - digging in and coming up memorable campaigns to build brand awareness.

  • Content creation/ community management - writing relevant blog posts and articles, developing a newsletter, and crafting communications and sales materials.

  • Events and event planning - running any events (press, launch) in our current and original cities, working with local non-profits on cross promotions.

  • Public relations - managing incoming media requests and building relationships with industry journalists and influencers; creating, executing and measuring media campaigns; eventually hiring a PR agency to augment our growth.

  • Manage inbound email requests for info account

  • Customer relations - work as Customer Service team to make sure inquiries get answered

  • Ambassador program - help build out a fun and effective ambassador program to coincide with each city launch.

  • Analytics- Using Google Analytics and other measurement tools to provide reports on metrics, and continually find ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives.

  • Business development - some business development outreach and marketing support.

  • Website- update website content with events, community, awards, PR and new content.

  • Inventory Projections- Bridge of contact between RVR, dispensary, and gold drop for future inventory projections.

Education:

Bachelors Degree or at least 4 years experience in related field.

Bookkeeper

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

Compute, classify, and calculate the fundamental aspects of our company’s financial record-keeping, including recording financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling bank statements and posting transactions.

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Develop system to account for financial transactions by establishing a Chart of Accounts

  • Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends

  • Perform detailed research/adjustment functions

  • Maintain and balance subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions and reconciling entries

  • Maintain and balance general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries, prepare trial balance and reconciling errors

  • Receive, approve and or decline invoices; Pay invoices and maintain ledgers

  • Prepare profit and loss statement and balance sheet

  • Generate 1099’s and W-2’s

  • Monitor firm’s assets

  • Assists with budget preparations

  • Assist accountants with tax preparations

  • Comply with federal, state and local SAFS Rules (Statement of Financial Accounting Standards) by studying and enforcing adherence to policies and procedures; filing reports and advising management on needed actions

Qualification requirements

  • Associate’s degree (A.A.) from 2 year college or technical school; Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) preferred

  • 1-3 years related experience

  • Ability to read, write and comprehend instructions, correspondence and memos.

  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization

  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages and volume.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, including the ability to operate computerized accounting and spreadsheet programs

  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills; high degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality
